Our teaching methodology reflects our commitment to excellence in teaching.

When we start teaching a student, we spend the first session in talking to the student, getting to know the current knowledge level, his/her strong and weak areas and learning personality. This session is very important because it helps the teacher to tune the lessons to best suit the learner.

The teacher creates a detailed lesson plan and lesson notes before the start of each session and the lesson notes are passed on to the student at the end of the class.

After each session, the teacher files a Session Report detailing the contents covered and learning achieved.

The sessions are very interactive with the teacher cross checking the student's understanding level after every topic. This ensures that even if the student has some initial hesitation, the learning and retention do not suffer.

After every Unit, the teacher gives the student, a Unit Test to enable a concrete assessment of learning achieved.

Our R&D wing continuously guides and trains the teachers into teaching best practices because we believe teaching excellence is a continuous pursuit and at no point can we afford to feel complacent.
